A woodworking experience using only hand tools to craft and appreciate this amazing and timeless skill. Campers will walk away with more than an object; it's about preserving a legacy of skill, patience and attention to detail that's been passed down for generations. Traditional woodworking creates a unique bond between each craftsman and their work, as they use their hands and ageless tools to rhythmically shape a board, where every cut and joint tells a story of tradition and art that they'll remember forever.
~ Participate in a complete hands-on journey to build confidence and multifaceted backgrounds
~ This character building class inspires craftsmanship and personal growth in young minds
~ Every student builds a project(s) to take home (possible projects; custom toy tops, games, custom bird houses, a wood mallet with your name laser engraved in the handle that they will use to build other projects, etc.)
~ Certified expert woodworking instructors
~ Small class size for more individual attention
~ Tuition covers all materials and tools
